I have nothing against it, but at least don't let us struggle with those 48+ for a full training...

That would be a step in the right direction. That being said, I still think the best solution would be to get rid of the whole bidding system for staff. Instead a system like Hattrick's should be introduced. You hire a staff member for a chosen time period and then pay a fixed signing fee. The salary should then be determined depending on the length of the contract and the level of the staff member. This is probably too radical a change for BB though..
