that is alright dude. just thought i would highlight it.

anyway if you are looking and getting more involved, or at least interested in the U21 and Senior team you should sign up to the offsite forum and check out what is happening over there.

It's very strange you participate again this new election ! You have only 50% of positive ratings, and in the U21 page, your last message is very old.
I think the communication is very important and it's very pleasant for all managers !

I think if a south african manager is motivate, I'll be ready to welcome in my staff to developp the U21 team, and elaborate the communication into the county !

lol

You just shot yourself in the foot:

We have opened a thread on an offsite forum so we could discuss the tactics with everyone involved and share the NT players skills. I've been active on that side and let down the public forum, where every other NT manager can read our stuff.

I believe it's even more important to inform yourself AND read our public forums (where links to the offsite forums are shared) before you start talking down anybody.

About the 50% rating, I don't even pay much attention to this as it comes from only 2 voters.

So frog, back to you!

I can't believe the biggest part of your speech is that you're trying to talk me down instead of eleborating a plan to make things better in SA.

You clearly have no idea where we are at. I wonder in how many countries you've tried to apply, realizing their current NT manager was a fine one, before coming over SA to give it another shot.

ugly frog!!

Hey man you showed up first time in the SA and you immediately started judging the manager..not very good first impression...and after that you said something about the final of the African cup..have you seen our opponents?? Have you seen our team?? Have you participated even a little bit in the forum?? So get more involved in the SA and come back next year..

Stay cool..

Hey !
But, I don't sure the South african are satisfied about the actual manager.

Maybe my objectives are high, but is it important to see higl level to improve the team !

I think, the most important and to hel manager to developp a training plan for South african players ! And the objectif is the final but loose in semi-final will not be catastrophic !

Yes, I don't come on this forum before, but I don't know which team trained, and I decidate to try training South Africa ! It's a country, I think, with potential ! It's very important for me to make a project to develop young players and help managers. I think my experience will be very interesting for their !

Very nice Ezlife !
South African, you have a very nice manager ! You could be Proud ! :)

Seriously, I think you should change manager, he has not the mentality of international manager.

as ezlife said, you just talked him down without really knowing the background
of course results are slightly below our expectations
but the u21 roster was not so strong as u think
if I can give u an ad: follow the team and participate on the threads during the upcoming seasons
then we could think of u for next mandate ;)

By saying bad things for the manager of SA that the community elected is like assaulting to the managers of SA..great job man..with this attitude you are not going to be a national manager...
