Seems like the coach that won the previous elections was banned for farming, and the player database that he had, was not inherited by Manofaction.

In other words, a new player database has to be created from scratch, which takes a lot of time. So far, I've managed to go through all the 24yo+. It's probably gonna take me two more days to finish the entire database, since there's hundreds of more players that I need to go through. But it's important to have everything in one file, it makes a life of a NT coach much easier.

If anybody wants to be a scout for the national team, please send me a bb-mail, any help would be appreciated

@tunjevina; First of all, congratulations on your election win. If you want to get the database, you can contact me. I will help you. Player scans have until Saturday. I guess it's not too late.

I just saw your message and it is very sad that Mr. Manafaction is not doing such a work. It seems that he spent 1 season only by giving tactics to the matches without being interested in player development in any way.

Anyway, it's not about what Mr. Manofactory didn't do. I wish you success in your new job. Good luck..


@Manofaction; Seçim sürecine etki etmemek adına herhangi bir açıklama yapmadim. Sanada iki çift söylüyeceklerim var. Benden sonra görev mecburi olarak sana geçti. Hayal bile edemeyecegin kadro devir aldin, Enkaz devraldim diye yazmişsın. Ben 3 sezon gorev yapip, 3.sezonumu tamamlayamadan suan bile 4sezon gorev yapan hocalar icerisinde en cok galibiyet alan kisiyim.. Yenilik anlamindada bir cok sey yapmaya calistim, benden sonraki performansini gorunce emin ol icim acidi. (Litvanya galibiyeti dışında birşey göremedim)

Görev esnasında muhtemeldirki seçim konuşmasindada sorulan soruya cevap vermediğin üzre, oyuncu gelisimleri ile ilgilenip bir alt yapi/kadro calismalarina dahil olmamışsın.. Tekrar secime girmene hiç bir anlam veremedim.

Son olarak; Siar, Mert, Osman yaslaniyor. Erol ile Eray gibi süper kisalarda oynasa oynasa 4-5sezon üst seviye oynar. Alttan bir takim gelmesi gerekiyor. Geçiş döneminde yeni hocaya gerek çalışmalarında destek olunması, gereksede oyuncu yetiştirerek ülke için katkıda bulunulması dileklerimle..

Forumda hileciden ayar yemediğimiz kalmıştı. Arkadaşlar ben her zaman orta yolu bulmaya çalıştım ama artık ne olur beni salın (: yeni koçumuzun içinde bulunduğu şu forumda gerginlikten uzak durmamızı herkese tavsiye ediyorum. Geçmiş geçmişte kaldı, bakmamız gereken yön gelecektir.

Meali= Biz hileyle farm yaparak iyi bir kadro kurduk. Ama sonra banlanınca takım sana kaldı. Bu durum da benim çok içimi acıttı. O kadar hileyle biz uğraşmıştık, hazmedemedim.

Arkadaşlar bu konular için isteyen forumda yeni sayfa açabilir eskilerden konuşmaktan sıkıldım ben şahsen. Burası MT forum sayfası farkına varalım.

First of all, I'd like to thank Ernesto for reaching out to me, and sharing with me all the data he had on Turkish players. I've read some posts about what happened during his mandate, so I'm aware that he had one or more farms.

We had something similar happening in Serbia, where our u21 NT coach was banned for making farms. In my opinion, making farms is not the way to go. National teams don't belong to one manager, but to the entire community, and I'm sure most managers don't won't their NT to get results on a “dirty way”.

That being said, Ernesto reached out to help me, and I'm grateful to him for that. Even though there's a program called NT scout, which NT coaches use to find players, the program cannot find players from merged nations of Asia/Europe, so I really needed the previous database to see if there's someone from these leagues that would be interesting for the NT, and it turned out that there was a great player playing in a Japanese team, that the NT scout couldn't find.

Anyway, I don't wanna focus on the past anymore, but on the present and the future. European Championship starts today, it's being held in the Netherlands, and we're playing against Macedonia first. For the past 14 seasons they're being coached by one of Macedonians best managers Dimac. Their biggest win in the past few seasons was against Italy in season 56 (63677).

We will start the championship with these 10 players:

A comfortable win for the start of the tournament, we secured the win in the 1st quarter already. Group standings after the 1st round:
