That is a really good looking young player but unfortunately i don't think he will be able to make the U21 national team either due to the fact of these two players:
(19252805)(19243863)They are both already on the U21 national team as 20 year olds and they both play Center. They have salaries of 43k and 53k verses your 20k, which makes it a little harder for your team to make it. Good Luck though, I would love to see him make it.
