Great advice for sure! Also I'd recommend identifying who your best player is and train them every chance you get. Building your arena bit by bit will help in the long run. When starting out, I always used the Tournament money to expand my arena and then saved to buy one good player that could carry my team until I could get a young buck or two trained. I actually started out in the same league you're in, IV.60. San Domincan helped me a TON!
