At the moment of writing this post, Level 7 PR managers available on the TL require 25k+ salary. Can they draw attendance and generate merchandise revenue to justify their salary?

no, I read in some post the statistics of PR, the best equality salary/benefits is with level 4 PR with speciality.
I cannot find the post :(
