lol. with all due respect.

quite a few things in the game manual are wayyyy out of date :)

let me rephrase the question then.

Does the additional cost of a higher level PR manager get covered by the extra attendance :)

I don't think you can calculate it as such. Cross your fingers and go for it! Or don't! It is very tough, almost impossible to have a formula for such a calculation... Just trial and error, I guess ;)
