The problem with the NT is it needs a good U21 NT to feed it players, so Will is really relying on what the U21 team can do to provide him with players, there are certainly more and more players coming through, just a matter of time.
you must remember that the userbase in the African region is severely lower than other regions, hence the NT's in Africa are always going to find it hard to compete against the other regions
