Hey !
But, I don't sure the South african are satisfied about the actual manager.

Maybe my objectives are high, but is it important to see higl level to improve the team !

I think, the most important and to hel manager to developp a training plan for South african players ! And the objectif is the final but loose in semi-final will not be catastrophic !

Yes, I don't come on this forum before, but I don't know which team trained, and I decidate to try training South Africa ! It's a country, I think, with potential ! It's very important for me to make a project to develop young players and help managers. I think my experience will be very interesting for their !

Very nice Ezlife !
South African, you have a very nice manager ! You could be Proud ! :)

Seriously, I think you should change manager, he has not the mentality of international manager.

as ezlife said, you just talked him down without really knowing the background
of course results are slightly below our expectations
but the u21 roster was not so strong as u think
if I can give u an ad: follow the team and participate on the threads during the upcoming seasons
then we could think of u for next mandate ;)

By saying bad things for the manager of SA that the community elected is like assaulting to the managers of SA..great job man..with this attitude you are not going to be a national manager...

Stay cool..

I think we all need to chill, relax and put this behind our back. Let's look to the future, not only of this team, but of this community.

Yes, U21 south africa must see the futur, but I made an observation of the actual manager.

So my project is to develop the communication, and to be available for advice to train young players.

For example I'm trained young french and I'm training young players. And One player is near to enter in the U21 USA Team. See my players that I trained or training, I want to help south african to develop his players.

South Africa is a sportive country with Rugby, and I hope to succeed with basket in young players in first time before, maybe to manage NT South african team.

The results are important, but the availability and the experience to develop skills of young players are very important. I think I have these skills and I would like help south african. The formation in this game is very important for the development of a club (sportive and financial), and for the country of player to defend colours of his country.

Communication-wise, you're hopeless. Either your understanding of the english language is extremely poor, or... (some things can't be said on a public forum).

i believe everyone on this forum wants to see SA succeed ,no need for sledging to get your point across.all these insults between you 2 wont really change a vote.lol.play nice.ultimately the votes will be decided by who has the best plan and credentials for the team not by who can talk down someone the most.
