This is not an attack, it's just my opinion about my players. And the fact that I Gm does not prohibit me, to write long posts on forums.
I understand your position and I expressed my position. There are no insults, you as a user or manager of NT.
I respect you and your work.

it says a lot of you that you only wrote it in your language being GM but it is a problem between you and your conscience ...

if someone can translate my words to russian or ukrainian i will be in debt, thanks

Sorry, but i wrote this on Ukrainian forum, not on BB-Global and for our users.
I am not required to translate all in English.
And as i say in my post (in ukrainian) I hope, someone translate it for you.

Try to translate to NTM.) Main things.
Oops.) It seems foreign coach don't watch whos players-candidates are. I can't know all player's skills-base, but Grullo's arguments looks right. At the other hand - in some games such all-round players can be more useful than others, one-position-specialists. It depend from manager's point of view.

That's maximum possible translation of my thoughts. I hope it will satisfy you and won't offend.

I'm not happy with an attitude to my players and I'll explain my point of view.
First of all, I don't think that I'm worse or less experienced coach than grullo. Yes, I have no titles but my NTs were not super strong.
I think you've got this without my translation. And also I'm pretty sure you've got my point about Osipov and Andrukhovych as well, but if not here it comes.
Osipov has 130 skillsum (without stamina and ft) and there are at most 2-3 players with higher skillsum (+1..+3 skills) with ukrainian citizenship and none of them have that much experience.
I've trained this guy for a couple of real time years and he was stable and useful part of our last two coaches' NT squads. And I can't understand why did his level become not high enough. That just kills any desire to buy or train NT players.
We're not Poland or Spain and don't have that huge amount of high level players to choose from and thats why I think that players from ukrainian teams should be in favor if they are the strongest ones.
And about Andrukhovych. Skillsum is 119 (or even more because of his level 20 skill). He's #2 in salary among ukrainian players for now and even was #1 some time ago. Due to his injury I've lost more than 800k. But I kept him and what do I hear is that he's only the fourth (!) C and won't be in a good shape and my wastes were just wastes.
So I have a question about your player choosing criteria. Is it a salary, skillsum or shape? I know my player is 34 but I've got a coach special for him and strongly believe that his age won't prevent him from helping NT.

much better, and if you had added stamina and ft, your player osipov would be the second best player of all ukrainia

and the best one would be chernyuk who are not going to be called cause his shape ...

I am glad that you are satisfied.

I'll work on it
