Hell, I didn't even make the playoffs so no consolation here. Likely will need to tank a season, drop to IV and hope for promotion to a different conference from there. Will never get out of this conference with my aging team.

Wait and see. I am going all in this season. So a loss on Saturday for me means full rebuild for my team as well.
Full rebuilds can be fun though.
