That'll do it! Great games my man, I was thrilled to hit that double guess tonight, although you made it pretty easy to guess running only 2 offenses this entire season ;). I do think your roster could probably hold its own in the NBBA and you should be in the top 3 for an auto promo spot so you very well may get in as well, but I am not sure. I was expecting a POCT from you, but I do understand the PON. You were gonna need that enth for game 3.
In other news, I completed my quest in getting from D.III to the NBBA in 2 seasons! Incredible achievement and goal for me and I couldn't be happier to complete it. Good games to all this season, it was fun, hopefully I wont be back down here again in 2 seasons
Congrats on the Championship! Well deserved...I lost 4 times this season, 3 to your team...no question who has the better team. I need to reassess how I put a roster together...it seems since the changes to LI I just don't have my pulse on how my team performs anymore. I used to pretty much know going into a game if I would win or not, and a be pretty close on the point differential...but I have been wrong entirely too much on the front over the last couple of seasons. I knew it would be an uphill battle to steal a game on the road verse you, but I would have bet money we'd take care of business at home, even if you Crunched my Normal...but as it turns out you whipped us on even effort. I lost by more at home in Game 2 than I did on the road in Game 1...I guess my team has more holes than I realized.
Great job on your quest of of going from DIII straight to the NBBA...that is indeed a great accomplishment...I did that back in Season 30 and 31, and then went to the Finals in the NBBA 4 straight times from 32-35 (Lost all 4)...I also had 2 Cup Championship losses mixed in there, and 2 Cup Championship victories right before that in Seasons 25 and 26....That was a fun run, seemed like I was in a major championship every season for a while there. Miss those days! haha
I will regroup, rebuild and mount another effort and hopefully see you in the NBBA someday :-)
Good luck!
Jason
