1. Time- time to set tactics and keep the whole community involved and informed

One reason that I am the best candidate for manager is, I have the time to set tactics and keep the whole community involved and informed. Having the time to do the job of manager is not okay for me. Having the time to do the best job I can do as manager is what I want and what I can do. I usually am able to get on every day to check my team. I have plenty of time that I can put into the national team to help lead the team on the right path.


Having time to do this job is important. If you are the manager and you do not have enough time, you might be able to win all the games, but still not keep members involved and informed. Or the manager could just listen to what the members have to say about tactics, without thinking what would be best and that would not really be leading or doing what the manager should be doing.

With me as U21 manager, you would not have to worry about this. I have the time to not only set tactics, but set the right tactics after spend time scouting the other team and finding the most productive tactics to help our chances of winning. Also I have time to keep the USA community involved and informed.

why should i vote for you over more experienced managers let's say oriolekid who got through D.III in 2 seasons or smallfries who is a competitive D.III team while your having troubles in D.IV?

Are you even familiar with what goes on at the offsite? I don't remember ever seeing you in the tactic discussions for the games last season.

2. Organization- the ability to organize the best team and the best staff to ensure that our team can perform as well as possible

I have the ability to organize the best team and the best staff to make it possible for the USA U21 team contend for the Gold at Worlds. I understand that organization is very important for a national team manager to be successful. I am prepared to make stat sheets of the top prospects for the team, to keep myself and you informed about the team. This will help me decide which prospects are the best and which ones will be on the team.

If a candidate is not organized that is very bad. He could not know the best players to pick for the team to be successful. Also if someone in unorganized then it will take them longer to fulfill tasks that need to be done. After a while they will begin to become overloaded with tasks and it can lead to a decline in the team performance and it could prove to be very costly.

As I have said earlier, I am an organized person and I will be able to keep up with tasks that need to be done to allow the U21 team be the best the team can be.
