Take note, it is very important to have at least Lv5 (superior) trainer, and youth trainer (for ages 18-19 only), Gym Lv3, and Training Court Lv3 (since his FT is 2) if you want to make this player make it to NT. If it seems impossible because of lack of money/resource. You can always sell the player for other trainers to continue developing the said player.
