Woohoo I took out the last unbeaten team! I think that was the first time I played anything other then take it easy this season and the only reason I did was because there were talks of a perfect season... now that I look at it the talks of a perfect season weren't from him. Ha oh well.

lol. Yeah, I never expected this team to go undefeated. But even if I wasn't the one saying it, simply having that record did make my team a target.

My record against you isn't good (6-11 in league games dating back to IV) so I knew this was a strong possibility for my first loss. Having just gone normal against Crusadersx (because I was certain he would), there really wasn't any way I was going to do it again. I was hoping you'd be going TIE, but even then expected it to be close. With the extra effort and the unexpected foul trouble of one of my key guys, I was probably lucky it wasn't an even bigger blowout.

Second Team:
Yuckville Cass
A rather ridiculous ending to a game.

It was a pretty ridiculous fourth quarter, just capped off by the final seconds. As expected, a coin toss game. I just happened to be the lucky one this time.

Then again, if you'd actually wanted to win, you would have put in some effort, no? Personally, I don't believe anyone should ever complain about losing when they've told their team to not try - as we both did. ;)

First let me say congrats to GS for kicking my butt last game. I spent 3 days in bed recovering!:) Next game against the Pandas I was behimd 0 to 4 almost all game. He had 4 starters foul out. I had 4 starts end with 5 fouls. Crazy game!

Stags dont need to get any better! Stop trying to add players!:)

Looks like your one bid may have gotten you an extra $50k. Whether that's enough for you to go out and get an awesome replacement, I really don't know. Gagne had burned me in a few games, so I won't miss him; but he also was clearly your third best interior guy. Not certain I want to wish you luck in finding a replacement. lol

I considered going normal for about a half a second. I figured if one of us put in more effort that would likely be enough to secure a comfortable win. But I wasn't certain that you wouldn't go normal yourself and didn't want to waste a normal on what would then be a coin toss. I've still got a lot of tough games against Great 8 teams left and then the second trip through the Big 8. Holding on to HCA for the playoffs will be tough, and without it, I don't think my team could get to the Championship series, much less win it.

That was close game until the end. But 24 off reb is pretty impressive considering my bigs have decent Rebs. 0/18 for your sf is more than I anticipated. I have 2 developed players and training 3 young ones. Rest are cheap vets. Breaking even for the season with cup wins。 if I win the championship the bonus 500000 would put me above avg income. Then I can look for a boost next season.
