I'm part of our NT squad as scout for many seasons and that PG/PF Bosnjak was my player until few weeks ago. Majority of current team was on my "jurisdiction" during training process.
And yes, you are right, we have a lot of multiskilers in our team. We don't have almost any players with maximum skills (20 or more), but we have very specific players (like Bosnjak or Novakovic or Elakovic etc...). We don't have any player with PA more than 14 and no players with RB more than 16, but all of our players have a little bit of everything
and all players need both ID and OD on some level - guards minimum ID 12, SF minimum OD 17, ID 16, PF and C at least OD 12 (only some Centers can be part of NT without this skill but with some other characteristics).
We are not big BB country, about 300 teams (maybe 10% of that number are in our training process for NT), and you are smaller. So, you have to work on some specific players that can play on 2 or 3 positions. Also, like small BB country, you have to work with potential 8 - they are very thankful because they can go for about 135 TSP but you have to be very careful - not to train skills that "eat" potential of that players and that results with law salary.
