There is still a MAJOR bug in the system.
I lost 10 scouting points because I accidentally clicked on the "Group Demonstration" button twice because it's not ghosting. Well, it took away 10 points without giving me any new information. How can I get those points back? If I don't, I've literally wasted hundreds of thousands of scouting dollars!


This was indeed true, thanks for reporting. We just fixed the problem, and returned your 10 points.

Are you supposed to be allowed to do a scouting combine and a group demonstration, because I just did a combine and now both buttons are ghosted?

Yes, you are allowed to do both. Are you sure you got enough points left to do both?

And that is why you rock. That is also why Buzzerbeater rocks. I LOVE the new scouting system.
This is without question the best online sports simulation in the world. Nothing even comes close. It's because of the hard work you all put in that this game continues to improve.

A team in my league claims to have scouted all but 2 players in the draft. I guess he's one of the teams that benefited from the bug and subsequent reset? I guess after reading these posts that I should feel that it is ok since only a small number of teams benefited from the bug and reset? And too bad that it affects my league?

48-30 = 18.
18-2 = 16

I suppose he had 16 1-2 ball players scouted group.

And 30 other players scouted.

Which means he may be able to scout 2 ball up to 8 players.

Seems like a decent strategy, if you don't want detailed reports except for first rounders, and are picking early.

No, he is not - he appears to have bought max points and done scouting in a way that he was able to reveal almost all of the star ratings without getting any of the secondary information.

This is not related to the 177 users that spent over their actual points and were reset.

I think the same happened to me, I have only scouted a handful of guys and am out of points. I think I may have double clicked on that button as well.
