Communication-wise, you're hopeless. Either your understanding of the english language is extremely poor, or... (some things can't be said on a public forum).

i believe everyone on this forum wants to see SA succeed ,no need for sledging to get your point across.all these insults between you 2 wont really change a vote.lol.play nice.ultimately the votes will be decided by who has the best plan and credentials for the team not by who can talk down someone the most.

Okay read this post carefully:

I consider the team issues are always the same and this applies to any country. Will the manager remain active, how will he get the trainers involved, discuss tactics blabla...

Well there will be no issue with me there.

However, when voting for me, you make a choice. You chose a manager that doesn't want to win at all cost. I'll recommend what's best for the franchise rather than the U21. I prefer planning long term. You also chose my tactics. I personnally love passing. I know some would tell you to smash primaries, like defense.

You may think I'm wrong and I'd understand that. It's all about personnal decisions and everyone can argue his. That's the only issue you can have when voting for me.

From here on, it's up to you.

Hey man you know as you said you don't want to win at all cost and you want to recommend what's best for the franchise..
I want to ask you a question...why can't we have both? I mean why don't you suggest or even demand from a manager to be active and train a low waged player of the national team..
By giving him specific instructions.about the training increases the effectiveness of the tactic you want to play..
You like passing..then you send a message to a manager and you say..2 weeks passing 2 weeks driving etc..this will be both good for the u21 and the senior team and also that's what I am going to do if I get selected as the manager..

Stay cool..

if one has 2 trainees with 14 passing, ill not ask this manager to train passing on the 3rd trainee just for the U21. I'll find another way to make his player useful. I give a lot of credit to cost efficient training as well.

then of course, sometimes it can be possible to find something best for both the franchise and the u21.

Why would a guy have 3 trainees? Anyway..i believe that if someone has an national team player then he must face the consequences..and I firmly believe that everybody wants to have a nt player that plays an important role..:-)

Stay cool..

the more relevant question is why would you not have 3 trainees?

i personally like having 3 trainees gives me more to look forward to on fridays and if it doesnt affect the team then why not ,i focus on one and build the others to raise cash ,works for me.

Yes I think to have 3 trainnes is good. If we could have 3 trainees with the same profil in skills, it's better. 6 players is too many, and is not effiscient.
With 3 players we coulf build a team around him. And if each manager have the same idea (have 3 trainees), in U21 we could build a team and test tactics and orientate the profil of attacks and defense.
