Problem is I am out of money. My attendance sucks - I really don't know why but cannot get enough revenue to support this team. Not sure I can get to the finish line here....

That would be a change from this season's typical LLL strategy, but I wouldn't be surprised. He's quite a savvy manager.

I think the best idea is to sell off your starters before our cup game.

Lamb what are you ticket prices? Your team isn't "bad" you win games so it shouldn't be win loss record. Whats crazy about BB is the away game before your home matters more than anything. You could literally go .500 on the season if you won every away game before your home game your attendance would be enough to have steady revenue. What sucks is if you lose that away. the following home game has a drastic hit to attendance. PR guy could help if you're constantly losing then yes he can make the hit less severe. ticket prices and the away game before your home game affect the most. all the rest TV game, cup run deal more with merchandising revenue. your rival game always sells out. and if you play a top 3 team at home you will sell out. Hope you make it work man. would hate to see you lose players.

ehh, idk, i agree with him. as it is he's good but not good enough to win the league, so it makes sense to start over because of his aging and devaluing players. fire sale the roster and get a couple trainees and start from scratch. demote to d5, expand, scout, and grow money bank on the way down, then make your way back up. if i fail with my plan, that's what i'll do too. if done right it'll only take 5 seasons to get back to d3 with probably a better roster, bigger arena, and more resources than you've ever had. it's a good idea.

No intent to demoralize. My suggestion to sell off all his players was light hearted. Similar to the one before made to me suggesting I play all my scrubs and go TIE.

LLL is a solid team other than the age factor. My true suggestion would actually not be to sell the whole team off and demote all the way back to DV. If possible, sell off a couple players at a time and replace them with younger guys while also training up some talent to fill in the gaps. That way, hopefully, he can stay in DIII, win a few less games, and still enjoy the merch and higher ticket prices while building his team back up to where he wants it to be.
