Pangaa is on the road against Headless Thompson Gunners, a team that will probably promote this season into Naismith and is looking strong.

East-End Screaming Goombas B.C. gets to play against the team that no one can quite figure out. No one can stop the Brasilian Blur Caio Palermo and fresh off of beating Beanz Odyssey on a CT this lifters squad is probably looking for more with a game at home.

I get a a strong newer team, leading their conference, with a good roster for a div III team. I get to play at home and this team is also coming off a normal, possibly two and have a hard week of games coming up.

I think I win the round of 16 sweepstakes :) If I make the quarterfinals, ill be thrilled.

Just discovered this forum. You would expect the amount of time I spend OCDing about this game I would have noticed it. Anyway, great to be with you guys and part of Canada II.2. Looks like I might make it through this year and next year hope to improve a bit. Good luck to everyone!

We now have 3 bots with: Botwood Raptors, Sun O)))s and Toronto Towers all bots. Van Cougars are well on their way to being a bot, with a last login date of june 26th, thats almost 4 weeks now!

Last year, I was super pumped at the thought of being a league with an active message board. Thought wrong. I know the bots don't help the cause but we need to be more active as a group.

Thats pretty fair, although summer can make peoples live busier if anything. I agree though.

I agree, summer tends to slow things down here a bit. I know that is the case with me. But in the end - if the cook doesn't like what is simmering on the stove - turn up the heat. Start with some outlandish thread that you know will inflame everyone or at least most people. People will respond and then you keep pulling their chain just for the fun of it. Or start a thread on a major beef or topic that you think should be discussed.

I'll start - I honestly don't know what the area size should be in league such as this. How much salary and what mix of players do you need to get out of Div II. Can it be done without getting discouraged and going bot?? Is there a time frame involved before one says "I am fed up of my team - time to start over again"

The end of each season. I get bore with my team, I sell most players and buy a new team at the start of the new season. Horrible strategy :P

This season I am not selling any of my guards, just all of my big men. Going to bring in some more big men, maybe a guard and expand my arena. Hopefully the development of Jakes coupled with 3 other viable guards will help me. I need to find me 2 viable starting big men and a decent backup at least though.

Salary really depends on the league and the season.
