I have quite a few points to spend but not sure if I will. Im pushing for a playoff spot so I wouldn't have a good pick.

for me, I had hoped that Prov City would defeat Bamboo Shoots at put me in 4th place. Now I realize that with Prov City losing, we will have the same record (however Prov City takes it on Game Differential)
In last three week Prov City and Balls of Steel play the same teams. We both will should lose to Chanute Sharpshooters, and both should defeat Indy. That leaves our last game of the season- 9-27 Prov City Investors @ Balls of Steel - a battle for 4th place.

There IS still hope.

all at 8-11 are in a battle for the last playoff spot and the relegation series. All of these teams only have 1 home game left this season. Which team will reach the playoffs? Which team will fall into the relegation series with Ballus?

Yea I'm still kicking myself for not setting my defensive positions against sons of Volcan to start the second half of the season. Had I done that I would be in 4th right now at 9-9. Good match up coming up between my team and Mars Aleins on saturday.

I personally feel good about my chances to make the playoffs. Problem will be my finances when playoffs start, but if I can manage to find a way to help my financial situation then I'm pretty confident that my starting 5 can compete for a championship.

Edit: As I mention my financial situation, a foreign team just put a bid on Ricky Taylor ;). I should be golden.

Looking back I was out managed in two games. One I tried to get max training instead of putting best team on court. Other I did not anticipate ENTH difference. Those two games and I would be sitting in second place with lock on playoffs.

Win some and lose some.

My actual prediction:

I think Chanute has the Great 8 locked up, unless a huge upset happens during the 1st or 2nd round. Chanute's only loss came at the first game of the season, away at Brooklyn Kings.

In the Big 8
Hoi is definitely not as dominant as in the start of the season, but has an easy ending schudule, but I think Hoi gets destroyed in the first round, even if he has home court advantage. Hoi might even fall out of the playoffs if Mad Cow and Annihilators can take advantage of his poor team form right now.
Sons of Vulcan and SoCal have the same last 2 opponents. Mars Aliens and smallfries (2 teams fighting for the last playoff spot), and they play each other tomorrow. I think whoever manages to finish on top of the Big 8 will have the highest chance of winning the conference. Whoever the 4th place team in the Big 8 is could cause some trouble for whoever the number 1 seed is.
