I think it would be too risky to heavily scout if you're a fringe playoff team hoping the teams with the top picks disregard the draft. I'd imagine it's normal for someone with the worst record in any league to invest in the draft. The player I got basically has respectable in everything with low passing which trains the fastest and he has good height at 6-7, strong free throw, but I wish his potential was a little higher, but I still think he can become a really good player
