TIE - take it easy - play with less energy to gain 33% enthusiasm
NOR - normal - play with normal energy with no enthusiasm +/- (plays better)
CT - crunch time - play with more energy and lose 50% enthusiasm (plays the best they can)

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

Training Jianhui should either be your teams main focus, or he should be transferred immediately. Aaron MacLamond is also a valuable trainee.

Edit: I accidentally wrote Wilbur Reed instead of MacLamond

Are you sure Reed? He's 29, I was thinking Aaron MacLamond

Yeah, I meant MacLamond. I misread the names. Thanks for correcting me, jeffjeff.

I was thinking the same thing
if you are not capable of training those 2 players right away you must sell
every week you don't train, they are worth less
Can't see their skills but that short guy is worth quite a bit
On the other hand if you find a mentor to help you and you get started now, you can train
learning how to train is uber important but a little complicated at first

You lucked out, your team generated 2 valuable players. Take advantage of it.

You won't promote out of D.III this season so I'd focus entirely on training and arena construction. Try to get Jianhui (one-position PG) or Jianhui and MacLamond (two-position SG/SF or SF/PF) 48 minutes of training this week. Set him/them at starter, bench, and reserve and have 9 or less total players on your game roster for tonight.

Hopefully that's not overwhelming. It probably is.

Let's see, tough to follow advice out of the blocks
both started, one at SF the other SG, 12 players played in all, neither will train
even though he was given a gift of a cup game
sell them I say

My first thought was give him a chance to learn how to train which still applies as long as he keeps asking questions but the absolute best advice I could give him is to sell the MVP trainee because it will make him rich and keep the superstar trainee as he learns how to train.
