This should also help us avoid a situation like we had in Season 13 where we had ~10 guards with very similar skillsets.

Maybe this is best to be discussed offsite but what are you looking for here? What are the strategies we want to deploy?
the vast majority of people argue for mono-skilled beasts in the U21 if we want a win now approach so where do we differentiate?

I can help train...

I think all the trainers should not only help train, but also motivate their trainers to do it for USA...get them to the off site forum...excite them about the opportunity to have their player on the u21 team (or more) .
