No you wrong... He first of all should contact us (GMs) and only if we direct him to BBs so he contact them...

But of cause best way is to post it in here...


This is incorrect.

GMs only have very narrow tasks that they can perform.

Bugs should be posted here, not sent to a GM, and not sent to a BB unless it is truly urgent or has not been dealt with in quite some time (which does not mean 10 minutes).

i tracked down your bug... your player was the only player in the database on an active team that didn't have a country associated with him.. so that is why he wasn't showing up.. i'm fixing him now.
