i be one.

i'm reminded of the story of the poker game, where you sit down to play, looking for the fool. and if you can't find him . . .

Audacity of Hoops? I recognize Pappy from DII.4, the division should practically be renamed after him.

There are now more teams in the NBBA that I played against down in II.4 than came from other d2 series.... Umm, I had the darndest time beating you before y'all had promotional bonuses and extra income every week.

Welcome to our 4 new teams! I am super happy to see Pappy here...you had to overcome a lot of crappy luck through the seasons, but you made it!!

Eugene and Njords are two great BB players that will add a ton of personality to the NBBA!!

"In your" is a familiar face who's already preparing his old league mates for his return to D2, but something tells me he will be around for quite a while!

Again, welcome, and good luck to all in Season 27!!

Thank you guys for the welcome! I might add that the only reason you just might call II.4 "Pappy's" league is that I have spent EVERY season but one since Season 7 in that house of horrors! If you might recall, I was relegated for one season, was lucky enough to promote back to II and guess what? Right back to II.4's Great 8, the conference that gave you Jason's Arizona Desert Storm, lathrop's Technical Fouls and Saul's 10inch Vertical. What a privilege to rejoin them!!:-)

Well I got a second team, I couldn't help myself. I can try some funky training. Unfortunately I forgot I have to upgrade my stadium. Blah, that's a hassle I'd like to avoid.

yeah when you haven't built a seat in over two real life years, you forget about how annoying it was... the best part is how the construction estimate purposefully lies to you?

but that adds to the fun of the game! like injuries.
(and combining the 2 gives us the 1 week injury lasting 13 days! )

The only thing more fun would be if your arena itself could get injured. Imagine a ball being thrown out of bounds ruining your lower tier for 2 weeks.

i was just fiddlin' around with my economy page, looked at the league's salary floor, and figgered the TV contract is around $225,000. could that be right?

That's basically what we had last season.
