In the season 24 draft with my other team, I got lucky and drafted a 3 star 10 potential PF with pick 25, then sold him for $ to build the stadium.
I just looked at that player today, and the team that bought him must've never trained him, because he only has 36000 DMI at proficient game shape.
Back then I didn't know much about the game, and didn't bother training younger players, now I try to train and manage weekly minutes more than worry about stats.
