Of course you can ask.

And that is a really god question.
On the one hand side it is related of course to me. I had some games where i put not enough Enthusiasm in or i underestimated my opponent, for example in the second round of last years cup against Austria. That is of course my mistake. In addition, i am a supporter of the theory: "Base offense can a good offense", especially if you have 5 really good offensive weapons (IS and JS 19+ with a fitting JR). This was and still is a really controversal discussion. And some manager think a complete different way. And I guess I got a negative vote for my job from them.
On the other side the German community is a quite special one. Everything below the World or European Championship not accepted, kind of So being German NT Coach is i guess one of the most challenging in the world - at least it feels like. If you loose a game or like me putting the base offense in my first game as NT Coach, there is always a lot of discussion and the more discussion there is , of course the more trouble you can create yourself. But I stand to my point and meanings and I don´t fear a good discussion. I love it. Since You can always learn something new.

So to summarize: 57% to the end is a good result. The "Great" Nachtmahr was in stint as German NT Coach at the end well below 50%. I don´t know if you know him, but he is kind of the Germans Chief analyst of BB

Writing speeches (to be honest what can we say that hasn't already been said by the others?) and managing a team are really different skillsets.
For a NT coach, being the data processing type is quite important in my mind, being able/willing to spend hours collecting data and find ways to analyse it. The other thing is writing BB mails to managers, but that's also different than writing a speech.

Yes ... Writting a speech is sometimes kind of blaming yourself I know what i am talking about ...

And for my Name, I had Coach_MK before (this are my initials). But one manager asked me before my first two seasons as German NT Coach if changed my nick in Coach:NT if i get selected ... so I did

P.S.:

Additional, I hope the time difference is not the reason for not voting for me. So .. vote for me

P.P.S.: It looks there is now some life in the NT thread - finally the boring time is over

Hmmm .. that is really sad ... for me But I know it is difficult to win against a player from the country ... so it is okay for me if you vote yourself. I would do the same - if I can

I already lost an election with the same number of votes as the winner (u21 a few seasons ago), so I'm with you, every vote counts!

To all candidates:
Currently 7 of our 14 NT players are losing skills. I view this season as a difficult one, balancing roster spots between skilled veterans (our best players at the start of the season) and younger trainees (who might pass the veterans in certain skills by the end of the season).

Questions:
1) How many skill points would you say a 33, 34, 35 and 36 year old will lose during the season? (assume the manager has a trainer with career extension)

2) After choosing the lineup for game 1, how many roster spots do you think you need to leave open to add players during the season?

3) How will you go about gathering all the possible players for NT players this season and next? During the season, how will you know and determine what player to add to the roster?

My vote will depend on the answers you give here. Not answering means no chance of my vote. Good luck!
