After selling Gaize, I was able to replace him for a slightly cheaper option and actually make a profit each week without the cup, so that is pretty key. Lately, I've really liked my team and only that loss to Beanerz really stung.

My cup draw has been very easy so far, drawing a D5 team this week was perfect. I figure it will start getting difficult next week though and then I will need to decide between making a cup run or maybe trying to sneak in and take HCA for the playoffs or at least in the semis this season.

I've been very lucky so far to have won as many games as I have... Naismith is no joke
(not to say my team is properly assembled =P)
Trying to make a deep cup run and stay afloat in the league standings to hopefully stay in the Naismith for another try
Pretty pleased with the quick patch pick ups of a team I've been able to assemble
Still trying to save some more money for a more permanent solution at PG so I can slide Fairchild back to SF
And I'm still torn about what to do with the 19yo HoF

Really, really!

Naismith appears to be pretty wide open, other than Blenkinsop. Which makes for some good fun for us all! There is still a big amount of disparity between the top and the bottom thought. And I know for certain that there are plenty of teams with huge amounts of cash saved, so things should remain interesting.

Big 8 isn't that bad. RiP is the 7 seed and he can beat anyone on a one game basis imo.

I don't often look at other's game results, but your game was nuts tonight. Ouch.
