Ha I never really knew how to post on here. So I just read it all season. It's not going to bad and ya I went all last season without a win so I went out and got a whole new line up and plan on making a splash. Looks like your having an even better season!

Haha yeah, well we're glad you figured out how to post. And yeah, your lineup change obviously did something right. You're doing very well in your conference. And I'm doing alright. It's just Leflore standing in my way in my conference, and he's gonna be tough to beat

For sure. I'm really interested in seeing how things play out. In my conference it's obviously between me and Leflore, with Leflore with the advantage. But in your conference things are a lot closer. We'll see how things wind up going haha

Yep, I'm really pleased with my progress....last year my team had a whale of trouble trying to score (finished 8th) out of the 16 league teams in scoring and this season season I'm one of the top 2 in scoring. Even though I know last season league was a little better than this season's..still progress though ;)

What else has everyone seen improvement in, this season from last? (for those who aren't in their 1st season)

For everyone, what do you think you need to work on the most to get better?

Just trying to get a little discussion going. :)

I actually joined right before the draft last season where I picked up my two guards Donald Benton and Ted Coles, both of whom are pretty decent trainees. That helped a lot, and I also bought Nando Torto for my point guard. Those three, coupled with selling my two original best players, allowed me to get enough money to soon pick up my two great bigs throughout the season. I finished fairly well, being the runner up in the finals, but I just didn't have any depth on my team to win.

After seeing how I've done this season I have to say the only thing I'd really, really like to see improvement in is my defense. I've taken steps towards getting better too, so hopefully my team will be alright in D. IV should I be promoted.

Yeah depth is really key..it's best you have at least 1 guy who can give you 'starter' minutes with their abilities...That's what I'm still working on and wanting to get my arena to about 10k at least by the end of next season.

My guys have always been pretty solid defensively. Just praying that I can get a steal in the draft. I want to stock up on big guy;s pretty much at the top of my draftee list right now, I usually can find guards cheaper.

I only started during the relegation battle last season... however, I'm very happy with the way my three youngest have been getting pops in training (8 for my 19 year old Center, 5 for my 18 year old... he's the wrong height so I'll try to do better this draft, and 4 for my 20 yr old). If I get similar action out of them next season (plus one good draft pick worth training) then I think I could have some good players by the end of next season.
