main purpose of U21 teams are servicing senior teams, so cooperation is a must. if I am elected 1st thing I'll do will be evaluating players with you and learning your musts about NT. I also would like to discuss why is U21 NT underperforming while senior team is doing well. one of my teammates (Magicman) is the former coach of s. africa he will also be involved in that process. I'll pick 2 other teammates (hopefully one from S.Africa) and they will be communicating with you too. If a player has no chance to be promoted to senior team I won't bother putting him to U21 NT for short term success.
