I got EA ream Team as my new rival. At least I have a chance since you know who was too brutal.

Looking forward to a good season, just wish I had star players going to U21 like Bacon hill and the wildkittins.

lol wildkittens. I checked the pipeline for our players and I don't think we either are making U21. My player is 10th in TSP with some of the player in front him having only DR/HA. Bacon's player is a season behind everyone. It is reallthard making a U21 player they have to be the elite of the elite.

I suggested my center Sherrod, and was told he sucked and had not chance.
Don't think I'll contact a national team rep again, waste of my time and enjoyment.

What's his name? I'll know who it is. It's a totally different world up there. Sherrod just isn't at the level they are at. At Sherrod age they have 20k+ salary with big skills of 12/12/12/7 at his his age. That's why I emphasis single position training with a trainer level of 4-6 and he must get his minutes every week. This is what separates good players from great players. Go read the U21 training guide on the forums that should help. If you want to make an U21 player just bb-mail me I can help. I scout for U21 and will be scouting 18yr old world players this season which is a big deal for the off-site. Any time the 18yr world players are on the market they go crazy and everyone grabs players to train. I'll be picking up 18yr old bigs to train for America's U21 team for worlds in season 35. Maybe James Walsh makes it next season with this unique build I have for him.

Pressure (OD) - PG
Passing (PA)- PG
Outside Shooting (JR) - SG
Inside Scoring (IS) - C
Inside Defense (ID)- C
Shotblocking (SB) - C

1v1 (HA/DR) - Two Position Depends on Your Player
Jump Shot (JS) - Two Position Depends on Your Player
Rebounding (RB) - PF/C

sherrod is better than a lot of people think. No big stats yet, but look out this season as he starts to take off.
He's been missing some handling parts of offense, He'll be 1vs1 to start this season and get that weakness taken care of.

One thing to remember about salary is that some of it is from the potential. Sherrod(aka shred according to autocorrect) is not going to be a superstar, he'll probably max out before he's 21, but he could very well be a very solid inside player for a U21 team, and the people in control don't even consider that. Oh well, someday I will have someone they like, and I won't go out of my way to do anything for them.

I'll just continue to watch my boy dominate defensively, and start to get his offensive game into gear.

Salary doesn't come from potential. Tbh Sherrod doesn't stand chance against those U21 bigs. His potential is too low. His big skills will max at like 11/11/11/6 and bigs he will be facing have 15/15/15/9 big skills and some bigs having even more big skills. Those are D2/NBBA type bigs and there is no way he would be able to handle them. To make U21 you have to have at least PA potential because anyone with lower potential. Sherrod just isn't good enough for U21. Join the off-site so you can see the type of competition we face. We aren't trying to be mean to you but he won't ever be considered because of his starter potential plus training secondaries don't fly in U21, there just isn't enough time for secondaries. We aren't saying Sherrod is bad because they are plenty of players that don't play U21 but they are still good. Sherrod can be a solid player for a D4 team but not U21.

Don't stop talking. Sherrod is a great player for you. You are kinda of oblivious right now which isn't your fault. You are learning what it takes to be elite. I would join the off-site so that you know what to expect and see how hard NT/U21 is. I can't even make U21 players and I know what to do. A lot of it has to do with luck more than anything. Just because Sherrod won't make U21 doesn't mean you can't go pickup an 18yr old and train that player to be on U21. If you want an U21 player I will help you make an U21 player. I remember when I started playing and I picked up a Poland player that was 20yr old with starter potential and I told the U21 coach he should make an impact playing U21 next year. All I ever wanted was an U21 player. The only stat I use to look at was JS nothing else. Not even OD or PA only JS. I would train players with a level 1 trainer and train only outside shooting on players that were in there mid 20s.

BB is a complicated game and no can master this game everyone is learning. I had a team from season 11-13 then 17-22 and I didn't know anything. I just wasn't ready and no one ever taught me anything about BB. I had no clue what U21/NT was about, no clue about what it takes to the reach the NBBA and other top divisions. But once I joined the off-site that all changed. I would just absorb knowledge from the off-site and I would read forums to learn. I asked questions and people started helping me understand the game and how the GE works. I learned how to properly train and learned why I wasn't successful which is why I quit the game both times. They taught me the type of players I need to be successful. The off-site totally changed BB for me.

Please join the off-site. Just clicks Forums, then BB USA and after that click Join off-site and then just follow the directions. The off-site will do so much good for you. You don't have to be reply or comment until you are ready. I didn't post at all in discussions at first. I felt my input was wrong and I felt dumb so I started asking questions and everything just clicked. I understood their reasoning's and what would work so then I started posting a lot. Joining the off-site will only make you a better manager.
