200k for a trainer? Damn. Are the extra pops worth it versus a lvl 4 or 5 dude?

Just a couple observations

The league average for staff is 65951 so the total amount spent by the league is 1055216 per week for staff. 'tough' is paying 200k just for his trainer. That's 19% of the total paid by the league for staff and brings the average per team down to around 57k. Got a feeling that some teams in this league are paying next to nothing for staff. (I'm at 55k)

I was using a lvl 5 until Miller's salary got out of hand and I couldn't move him. Using a lvl 4 now. My goal over my career was to build a team from the draft with training. So far I'd say I'm failing.

I believe that your squad is good enough to compete in this league. The biggest tip that I can give you is to take care of your enthusiasm and game shape. The last 3 seasons or so I've noticed that Miller is playing too many minutes and your team is suffering for it. Right now, 2 of your best guys have a GS of average...and at this level...that wont get it done against the better teams in our L. Keep Miller and your key guys at 60-65 minutes a week and see what the difference is. You'd be surprised at the difference between a strong or proficient GS versus average and respectable.
