I think things are fine the way they are now too.

If one day you start having too many people complaining about this and you don't want to continue like that, then you can just turn your team into a bot and have a fresh start with a new team in the lowest division.

But in my opinion that would be really not necessary. I would even be a bit upset actually if that happened. :D
