mike frank no matter what I said here and what you hear, Just know you'll need millions in the bank in top league to compete, because you can not train in the top league. People omit theses things in say , Your getting close to understand what I'm saying in play on BB. every thing should be ready for that level. If your still training and building in top league you will never recover to win.

Like one manager told me once. "What training don't do, your finances should".. Its just part of the game, the game is 50/50 in both, you cant have 1 without the other don't let them fool you. But in my mind the game is building to diversity in tactics. who every can do that the best and be financially a success will win.

show me some data all trainer negates drops. From what I know it randoms as they get older. only one trainer negates drops and you have to choose it to do so. My thing is how many drop is based on random ? if none know this then how can you saying training don't make the older players worse. bb marin has said a lot of thing, most of them classed as myth's with no data on his behalf to back it up. So why should I run with his word on this.

I think that the majority of all teams in the top league train players actually. Training players there and in a non competitive league as yours is something very different though.

I don't know what happens in non competitive Div I in micro- and semimicronations but I wouldn't surprised if ~7 playoffs teams and 3-4 others in my league had no single pop during typical season (of course not counting FT/ST).

Im expressing exactly what you just said, BB marin saying things and don't back them up with data, is it lies and myths when he does not?? . When someone else come out with data or a saying on issue. He a give statement with no data how can we say who is right and who is wrong? because he is owner/coder. He is soley right.?

I cant remember the manager name but he told all the system to run 2~3 zone , he told us he ran it on Nt level, gave all sort of data.. I tried the same data, bought a team just for his data and 2~3 didn't work. Im out of 2-3 million.. I can not call him a lie because he is a NT coach and respected. Maybe it was my team vs his team level of exp.. I did learn some things about 3~2 zone though from that data. So it wasn't all bad

Which is #2 in what you just said. I have not contradicted BB marin or the Bb guide. To study the game and findout things when someone is giving data it doesn't make it factual, it just a make for that team performance.

I want to understand where is the data from Marin beyond words to support the performance, there is no data in manual guide? If I use the same guide and find some more things to expand the issue, that does not make it untruthful.

Not confuse thing here. Thats just my team doing well and the data supporting my team, Will what i did ,work for all. That is were the issue lye.

Writing data to support all ideas has to come from BB Marin(not just words in the wind) . All you can do is say from experience,experiment which can be corrected overtime by BB marin but with no data# by him how, it build confusion. conflict. But what we can do is gain understanding so the information is not all false, if you can gather a understanding and transform it to universal for all.



Pr guys are just like trainers under another name. Build to his job duty for your team . Pr guy help you sell out to the cap in some cases. Pr mean more than just nothing, its a small % of money in choice you choose for your team.. I would tell a new comer get Pr guy before a trainer. That how I feel about it. Its help revenue for future things.

If you dont build to the job(specality ) of the PR guy , You will get nothing, you hinder his performance. Btw I don't go beyond level 3 with anything on the game. It very affordable and its get results

Back up his claims with some merit, to ease confusion. Alot manager here have data here and the majority doesn't come from BB marin mouth or otherwise. So is al information they bring false.? I don't need your opinion to understand anything its already understood, these issues are not new, maybe to you.
