You should hit the cap, but not as fast as you can. Its not financially safe to do so.
go as fast as you can In the upper leagues yes, lower~ mid level no. That player would and could bankrupt you in cost to afford.

This could possibly be one of the most sensible and somewhat accurate statements Mr Glass has ever made.
