Well, so much for that.

I liked Kirk's stat line but we were blown out of the water, I think they may have crunched

Maybe it's the inside ISO that cost us the game? If the starting 5 is GS9 and the opponent doesn't have big holes in his lineup, I'm not sure an "individual" offense is the best choice.
Yet I'm not sure any offense would have avoided a loss seeing we were so far behind pretty much everywhere...
It happens, look back up and move on to the next one :)

Agreed, their starting 5 had 8 - 8 - 9 - 9 - 9 GS, not far from ours, and one of them is 20yo, so likely much better than his salary suggest (Avendano, already 12.5k salary at 20).
All 5 of them seems really good so I don't think any isolation or patient could have work to exploit a lack of skill in a position (it rarely does with U21/NT teams IMHO)
Using the same enthusiasm + a more team-oriented strategy could have leveled things out a bit, but it would have been a tough game nonetheless.
The coach definitely underestimated them =) But as I said earlier it happens, learn, adapt and move forward

Edit: regarding enth, if they had lost this game, their season was over, so there was no need to save enthusiasm on their side. Thanks to that win they remain in contention for the 3rd place (as do we). Except now they got an easy game + a tough one when we have 2 tough one left.
Time to prepare next year consolation tournament =)

Isolation is not isolation. The range of shots per position is not wider than other offenses.

Can someone explain to me what is the plan for next season?
Its scrimmage time and I an very confused about the current roster and the plan moving forward

I am also confused if we have a prospect database or what is happening behind the scenes
