Thanks...Do you know where I can find out some more info on DMI? I am wondering what is more important to look at potential, height, age etc. Or is DMI a good place to start when finding new players for my team?

I can answer that one for you , If your looking for new players to add to your team dont use DMI all it does is tell you if your player is getting training , plus it stands for Deliberately Meaningless Index. If your looking for a good player you have to go by which position are you looking for ex: C,PF,SF. Potential is pointless unless your looking to train the player , ( potential is only a soft cap which if a player hits he will start training slower).Height has no effect in game it just helps in training (taller players train faster in inside skills and Smaller players train faster in outside skills). Ok to sum it up if your lookig for a new player dont look at DMI . If your looking for a player to train then look at 1)Age , 2)Potential , 3)Skills. If your looking for a player that you wont train just look at skills , no need for potential ,age (unless hes like 32-100 thats too old) or anything else.So basicaly , dont look at DMI when your looking for new players. Just follow my Speech ;) and youll be fine.

Exactly , but if your looking to train get someone 18-19 years old to get the max out of training. And yes for a player right away just look at skills unless hes too old 32 and up. Oh if your training utside skills the shorter the player the faster he trains and the opposite for inside skills and tall guys.
