To clarify: The local time is based on the computer's time zone settings, and not the actual time shown. This is required to get accurate times for games, for transfer lists and to avoid problems with daylight savings time. If the time were based solely on your computer's clock, then times would show up with odd offsets .. as an example: a game might be listed to start at 7:01pm on one computer and 6:59pm on another standing next to it, depending on how far the clocks are out of sync with the server time and each other.
I suspect that your computer is set to the wrong time zone.
