What does outside box and one get you against the most talented scorer (Dean Meert) in the league: a loss and the following stat line:

I think you are supposed to play an inside box and one against a talented outside scorer. There are forums about the box and one defenses on how it's the reverse. It's weird

It makes sense but the names throw people off. Outside Box and One is a zone box with 4 guys and the 5th out of the box doubling inside. Inside Box and One is a zone box with 4 guys and the 5th out of the box doubling outside.
