When Hall's previous owner originally put him on sale late last season for $3.5 million I emailed him asking if he would accept $2.6. He didn't reply. Then he slowly lowered his asking price every so often until this season when he finally lowered it to $2.6 and nobody bought him. Now I get him for 2 million a couple weeks later.

Is it just me or is spending almost $2 million extra in salary just to transfer a guy for $600 K less than you're being offered bad business?

And the flip side is now that the important NT games are taking place Hall's GS is ruined.

I did that with a player I recently sold. I got a 1.5m offer for a freshly turned 19 y/o Ucarli, declined it, then literally didn't train him for almost 3 seasons and got much less.

I think a similar thing happened with Gaudreault, too. Beanerz or someone offered. I almost messaged asking to buy him for sums of 4m (long ago), 3.2-3.5m, and 2.8m in recent seasons but never went through with it as well.

I offered 2.7m last season in hopes to make a run at the championship (and BBB this season), but he didn't lower the price enough until it was past the deadline. I guess he thought since there were several teams interested, someone would bite; boy was that a big mistake.

Um, how about best 2 out of 3? That's not fun.

Low post with respectable offensive flow? ouch.

Surprisingly easy win against LPP, although his patient and my HCA defienetely made things easier. Really surprised Burns went with Normal. Fairly easy BBB schedule this and next week?

Darn, I didn't expect Kumar to sell... I really should have just focused on the game against Beener yesterday and started Stavridis (although he did pick up a nice rating from being a backup).

Was hoping you would play TIE but certainly didn't expect you to bench Stav with an easy cup game this week.

LPP out of the cup. Kind of glad since arguably strongest opponent dropped out but now he can focus on the league :D

Beener, you got a hell of a schedule for next 4-5 games. Good luck

No kidding, I've got murderer's row in front of me the next 4 games. Looks like I can concede the division to LPP early.
