12. nyc warhawks (5-10) - Controversial? Perhaps, but ask any team that has played them lately if they feel like doing that again any time soon. Pina and Luna are forces. A whole season together and maybe 1 more addition is going to make this a scary team next season, and god help the poor souls that have to play them in a relegation series. The crazy part is, it's not even a given they won't snag the 5 spot and avoid it altogether. They're only 2 games back.

13. Mitsubishi Eclipse (6-9) - They've put together a roster that looks the part of not only a team that can avoid relegation, but a team that, if they survive this season, can snag a playoff spot next season. They're only 2 games out of a playoff spot right now. It wouldn't surprise me if they do end up with a 4 seed, it's a good squad. Can you imagine if it's them and nyc in a relegation series? That would almost be tragic.

14. North Carolina Tar Heels (3-12) - They look great on paper, but are perpetually plagued with game shape issues that haven't been fixed in 2 seasons in d3. That looks to be their achilles heel, as the team they have to play to avoid relegation is going to come ready to go, whether it be myself, Crosstown or nyc.

15. dang888 (2-13) - They've actually been logging in recently and setting lineups. It's almost a given that they're headed for relegation, but they have a core that is young and strong. Expect them back in d3 in no time, and when they come back, they'll know what to expect.

16. Snake River Panthers (0-15) - Y'all know the story, and we all wish wil03030 the best. It's the way a good manager should go if they fail IMO. We're all gunning for the NBBA, and this is one way to do it. A well respected manager, I hope you come back to d3 with a vengeance.

Tonight is the end of an era. The PG is getting dumped tomorrow, and it won't be enough to take me positive cash, which means I can't replace him, which means my lineup is going to hell. I haven't decided whether to keep the rest of the roster and try to make a run without my PG (I have fairly flexible players so it's not completely impossible), or just dump the whole lot, which I won't do until I have clinched at least 5th, because I don't want to get dumped down this year. Would rather the $$ from D3. Even if it means I get slaughtered next year.

I've been bored with the game lately, not because of the great owners in this league, but because it's almost impossible to develop and win at this level. I do wish there was some sort of way to tweak the game, but I doubt it. I acquired a couple of these players (SG and SF) young, it's been a run, but it's over.

Going for it in the cup game! That is nice to see!
You totally took me by surprise.
I thought with your regular lineups for your league games that you were going to scrap the cup.
Best of luck, tonight.

I don't know, man. Even without your defensive stopper, you've still got a team that can last in DIII, it seems.
Keep an eye on the transfer line for some unappreciated talent, and you could find a couple bargains.
I missed one today, as I was in a meeting, but damn, he would have really helped my team.

So, in our game, my starting SG went out with injury 7 minutes in.
The hidden bonus to that injury is that his backup is my most explosive scorer off the bench, who normally only gets to play 12-15 minutes a game. Deks (the starter) has a habit of going 1-23 from the field and then fouling out with five minutes to go, and then Jason (the sub) comes in and shoots the lights out.

I think our game would have been very different if you hadn't CT'd a week or so ago.

You're a classy guy, but I am way off from where I need to be. I know how to recover, and doubt I can do it in DIII but we will see. If I can win at minimum salary and develop players, I will.

I actually tried to pick up your player for sale, but a Utopia team kept raising the price in large increments, so it got out of my fairly narrow price range. He would have been awesome on my team with his OD and PA.
