I didn't invest a single scouting point in the draft. How the heck did I end up with an 18yo HoF??

Doesn't look like too many monsters were drafted in the top league. KK may have drafted an okay trainee.

Gonna be a chunkier TV deal this season, which is nice. Should be around $293.6k. Don't remember it ever being that high, at least in recent memory.

Pretty sure it's a percentage of the average team salary, and so is the salary floor. The higher the league salaries, the higher the tv contract is, and the higher the floor is.

MP5 is right. On the Monday in the off-season, the game calculates the total salaries of all teams within the div for he upcoming season. The newly promoted teams having big weekly salaries before that Monday was one of the reasons for this bump compared to last season.

For div 1 the calculation is salary floor divided by 2.45, so if the formula is still the same, it should be around $293.6k.
