New season everyone! Good luck!

Anyway, after hitting a 10 peat in the cup last season, and having nothing in the draft, and with my trainee MVPs still far from being a polished product, I think I might not be competing in the cup any more this season. My finances have been drained by a lot since I was given the opportunity to win the cup (it was really by luck, I won it ahead of my planned schedule). In case anyone is curious, 10 consecutive cup wins costs me 16m in total. The cost was higher in the first couple of seasons, where I probably spent around 8-9 mil, but after that things sort of balanced out, until Guang Yeow Shun started deteriorating, so I had to spend more.

I can make a more detailed write up on my team building process if anyone is interested. It was actually inspired by the legendary Venomous Scorpions. Although I never managed to achieved their heights, but it has been a pretty fun ride.

Meanwhile, on U21 matters, Sinsinata and I are making a push for the season 74 and 75 WCQ and WC. Anyone interested can join us. If you all aren't training anyone, feel free to train your 18 year old or 19 year old players with at least perennial allstar potential. If you already have a trainee, please list your 18 year old and 19 year old perennial allstars if they are 6'10" and taller or 6'2" and shorter. Thank you!

Good luck to you'all!

Hell ya, I am interested in the 16 million journey plus, at some point I remember you started (maybe finished) some great training guides for young players, so those are becoming even more important for me now and probably others as well.

While I am patching up my team to survive div I, I will be training outside positions (SF/FW) with maximum lv coaches and facilities however, next season I will be releasing some of those in order to focus on single positions, so even if you don't plan to train rookies this year, keep this project on the back of your mind if you might want to start next season.

As a side note, I personally have learned a lot from BuzzRBeater ((57994)) and I believe he was and still is instrumental to SG division and country hence, after so long managing our U21, I believe he more then deserves all the help to get some much needed recognition on that front as well.

Anyway, I am glad to have returned to the big boys division, even by chance, I'll take it so to all, let's have an engaging 72!

Best of luck guys!

Maybe it worths to pin the training guide over the forum so managers will use it to train the rookies.
