With only three games left...

The Wiz are poised to make a deep playoff run this season, and have high expectations to win out for an opportunity to promote after two seasons in leage IV. Having recently overcome two strong divisional rivals - the Wizards road to the championship looks a lot less bumpy. Wiz star R. Coort had this to say about the teams recent performance: "it's great. I'm excited to help lead this team up the ranks where I've had a lot of success".

While everyone is excited, veteran guard T. Grimpilas noted that it's too early for assumptions. "We spent a lot of time putting up impressive numbers in the past. We're number one right now, but that's meaningless without a wins in the playoffs" said Grimpilas, whom appeared to be referencing the teams early struggles promoting from division V. He went on to explain, "We're a different team now though, and our focus is on the defense end. That's one of the points our staff made sure I worked on when they brought me here".

True, this is a very different team from their stumbling and humbling beginnings. Can they keep the momentum going all the way to division III? We'll see very soon.
