Press Announcements

D.S. clinches home court

In front of their home crowd in their last home game of the regular season D.S. takes down Abyss and makes La Cueva del Monstruo once gain one of the toughest Arenas to get a win at as they stay undefeated at home.

Also with this victory over Abyss D.S. clinched home court for first round and semi finals in the BIG 8.

D.S. and Abyss started this game at a faster pace then their previous match, but in the second D.S. defends just came alive and took over as they held Abyss to just 11 pts in the quarter and took 16 pt lead going into the half.

Third quarter D.S. took off where they left off as they put similar defensive performances making a 24 pt lead going to the final period, from there D.S. bench took over and managed to hold on to the lead until the final buzzer sounded.

D.S. players were extremely happy with what they managed to accomplish in their first season at this level so far.

D.S. Capt. Stu Berg was very happy, but told the media now they need to secure best record in the league and home court for the FINALS in case the make it that far.
For the best record in the league D.S. need one more victory, but this one will have to be done on the road at Carry On Arena against Buzzer Eaters a team they beat easily earlier in the season, but that was at home road games are a whole different monster.

I hope you enjoyed your one season in League III.15 - it's been phenomenal watching your team dominate all season. There's no way that I can beat you on your home court, and I'm not so sure I can hold you off even at the Maple Tree Arena come playoff time.

I am not sure about the one season stay in league III .15, I think I need 3 to be ready to move to D2.

I gotta admit I have enjoy watching my team's run this season for newbie squad, but my team gotta show they can beat Your squad and M.B. when it really matters and I don't see the happening may be home court will be the deciding factor who knows.

As long I my squad doesn't get blown out the water in an embarrassing fashion, I will be happy with the season run.
