Hot start continues

Sir Chewbacca's hot start has continued into Interdivision play. The addition of Svyatoslav Bondarev has shorn up the interior defense, and allowed the brilliant backcourt to dominate opponents. The team has weathered brief injuries to both the starting and backup shooting guards, as well as the backup power forward.

The team's most significant areas of improvement from last year are found in the shooting statistics. Field goal percentage is up 5% overall, with an amazing 11% from 3-point. Dean Mead, Zachary Carmona, and Perivaldo Pena Branca are all up 10% from behind the arc compared to last season. If that continues, expect Sir Chewbacca's hot streak to extend into the playoffs.
