Rebuild...Is it the way to go?

After seasons struggling in DIII.4. Manager finally came to think of it - that this team sucks, he tried to gamble last season and went after the big names, it turned out he was wrong.

Anytime he felt the team was going the right direction, the team was actually heading another direction.

So he went out there and study, from tactics to training, he realized there are just pieces that don't fit the team and a thought came to his mind.

MAYBE IS TIME TO REBUILD?

Fans may be sad to hear that, but it is what it is. It has to done quick! (well, maybe it will take a season or two)
