First of all, thank you to the manager who voted for me and gave this opportunity.
I will make all my efforts to demonstrate that I deserve it.
I will open some threads in Vietnam forum to inform all the managers about my decisions and my work.
This is my project:
1) to keep in touch with all the active team of Vietnam evaluating their availability to train their players and their desire to be part of this project
2) to create a database of all Vietnam players around the world
3) to create a team with U21 NT manager, organizing the future of our NT
4) to raise of 5 positions the ranking of Vietnam. We are 89 at the moment. My desire is to reach the position 84 in this two season
5) not reaching the last place in the International Competition
