Rehab....

Back in the second division it's time to calm the fans of the ....Obira.
Last season introduced itself (according to some outsiders)as a dissapointing one.
The team was (despite some real fantastic players) behaving like frightened weasels more than scary dragons.
Now the high salary players are all gone. Are there any plans ?
How can trust and confidence be restored?
Therefore we had a good conversation with "Verdonck" the new captain of the team.
"Ofcourse we want to play BBBL. The management confirmed the positive intentions. Five brand new players arrived in Antwerpen allready. "Schoenfels" and "Binienda" stayed here. All together we hope to build a new competitive team.
The goal is play-offs. We must reach to the BBBL again. We have to prove there we are not ancient history.
On training I can feel the fanatic drive all around the court. The Dragon fire will be restored. The new guys are impatient to prove themselves.
"Schoenfels will become a great player ... You will see that soon enough. A few others can become the new stars.
Obira will have more Belgian players too. The former U21 "Hakvoort" joined our ranks. And we are proud to present the veteran "Maes" He will guide the team.
And as he said allready:"Let spit some fire on the court again. Let us be Dragons.
Let us show all critics what a good fight should be."
I hope the manager read these words......every day again and again...and don't mess up our good intentions."

Good luck! I like Hakvoort and Maes, two very nice players. Sorry for the bad comments about your management. Maybe I've said some stupid things... or maybe not. I just hope that will help you to come back stronger ;)

And congratulation for Dirnberger. You did a great work on him, and you got a good price ;)
